I do get tired of restaurants calling them crab legs or crab meat. More appropriate is, Sea Legs. They also have additives besides various types of fish. It's deceptive, what's known as false advertising.

This is true. In most cases, probably 99% or more of the time california roll uses imitation crab meat.
